What time does Virtual Fair start and end?
Virtual Fair will begin each day at 10am and conclude at 3pm (AEDT).
What are the dates for Virtual Fair?
Virtual Fair is on the 5th, 9th & 12th March 2021.
Are there certain days for different disciplines?
Yes! Although you can absolutely attend any/all 3 days, attending on a day targeted to your discipline may have a few added perks.

Where do I find Virtual Fair on the day of the event?
On the 5th, 9th and 12th of March you will be able to join Virtual Fair here: https://www.ubivent.com/start/11/GradConnection
I didn't receive my login credentials
During your registration process you would have set your own password, your login name is your e-mail address. You can reset your password by clicking on the "forgot password" button.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, enter your e-mail address and click on the "forgot password" button. You will receive an e-mail with details on how to reset your password. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive the email within 15 minutes.
I didn't receive a confirmation mail
Please check your spam folder to finalize your registration using the link in the confirmation email. If you cannot find the email in your spam folder, please contact [email protected]
If I access the platform all I see is a black screen with a spinning circle
Unfortunately, your internal firewall seems to be blocking access to our website. If you try to use a different network or mobile data, you should have no problems accessing it. Sometimes it is enough to update your browser or use a different browser.
I can't see videos
Firstly try a different browser. It could be possible that your firewall is blocking the video. Sometimes this is the case in certain browsers and this may solve the problem.
